LMAO
I eat brown potatoes most of the time, but if I can find sweet potatoes I always buy them first.
I tend to stick to brown potatos but purley because Yams are very hard to get hold of over in UK! I know Yams are supposed to be better for digestion etc I personally find them too sweet! ;)
Yams G.I. 51, Sweet potatoes G.I. 55, white potatoe G.I. +-65 (boiled) (depends also on type of white potatoe)
I like the way sweet potatoes tatse better than any so I guess I'll stick with those. Plus after cooked they taste good hot or cold.
I gotta ask tobey how to make sweet potatoe pancakes. Anyone no a company that makes a sryup from splenda? That would rock.
thanks

Spenda is the BOMB! I love that stuff, and no aftertaste. I'll look into the syrup and let you know if I find anything. :D

Yams are better overall, and especially during a cutting phase. They also have a lower GI rank, so they last longer, and don't flood your system, causing a crash later... Some white/brown potatoes are higher than 65.
That looks great. Iv'e been finding soo many good pancakes recipies. Splenda is the shit too. I put it on all kinds of stuff. Anyone try it yet?Quote:

I bought some 0 cal syrup by Atkins and Keto.
Atkins is so thin its like water, but it tastes good.
Personally, i like the keto kind better. That stuff is killer on whatever you want. Even body parts...

You got a sweet potatoe pie via Federal Express over night delivery.
At the present potatoes of any kind are not allowed in my diet. However as a general rule it really depends on what type of meal that I am preparing at the time as to weather I will eat potatoes sweet or brown. With a good grilled steak, Regular ol' baking potatoes are great. Anything that involes some type of cooked bird such as chicken, turkey, quail, dove, ect I would most deffintely have to go with sweet potaotes.
