well if your on a cutting cycle, water is your best bet. no calories and helps your metabolism. along with the million other things it does for ya. i would maybe say cold green tea. no sugar, try and get caffiene free. not to many calories but has been shown to help the metabolism also. i usually brew a bunch from tea bags and they just pour it in a water bottle if im out on a hike or so.
i think you can do half a cup water with a half a cup water. then chase that down with a shot of water. yea, thats the perfect mixture.
