im 19 210lbs 12% BF and the bmi calculator says i need 3004 cal to keep at my current weight im wanting to put on 21lbs / a stone and a half what is a good cycle/diet to get 2 this desired weight. i dont want to be sum muscle bound idiot just enhance my alredy good frame. thanks.
