Anyway, we all here have talked about cheating.
I need help with the days after cheating, it seems I gain a pound or two!! (Usually it's water, but I am a slave to the scale, I weigh myself everyday!)
That said, what is the best way to start your cut after a cheat?
Up the water intake is what I do....
I'm looking for other tricks.
(By the way, I have not bought the book. If you like what was said, you can c heck out wikepedia- it has a lot of info on leptin - so it's credible info).
