Do you eat too much starchy carbohydrates and vegetables? like carrots, white bread, potatoes?
Maybe you are cabohydratte-sensitive person. Maybe you need to increase your protein intake and decrease starchy-carbohydrates to a minimum, and increase fruits and green vegetables as your main carb sources.
I cannot eat potatoes, and breads because i am carb sensitive, i get bloated like a balloon if i eat potatoes

stick with tubers for your carbs. others can easily promote bloating in some people. however if you're bulking i just wanted to add that i sort of bloat when i eat over my maintenance too. again, that could also be due to my varying carb sources.
