    how is this diet?

okay so i took the layout for rambos cutting diet as i want to lose as much bf% as possible before football season, i am also on Hydro Lean. i am 225 lbs, 5 foot 10-11, i dunno what my bf% is but i do have a chunkier build the diet is as follows:

    Meal 1: 9:00 am
one whole egg, 7 eggs white, whole wheat english muffin

    Meal 2: 11:00 am
    Protein shake

    Meal 3: 1:00 pm
Chicken breast, whole wheat fajita, cheese, 2 servings of vegetable

    Workout

    Meal 4: 3:30ish

    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5: 5:30-6 pm
Chicken breast, whole wheat fajita, cheese, 3 servings of vegetable

    Meal 6: 8:00 pm
    Shake with Flax

how is that for a diet, can i lose one of the shakes or keep it the way it is? are the times alright or should i be eating earlier or later?

I am also entering week 2 my 6 week winstrol cycle, taking it by itself right now, which i was told is a party foul and i know winny is not a fat burner.

between the solid meals that is about 60 grams of carbs, the vegetables are coming from vegetable tablets, and some lettuce, and i dunno about the protein, is that a good looking diet though, can i eat less, or lose a shake?

i think i would see about 120 grams of protein from the solid food, about 60 grams of carbs, and about 15 grams of fat? reduce it by cutting out a egg yolk?

what're the macros of the muffin?

Switch to whole-wheat pita or something similar w/ high fiber and low sugar content.

Find out the macros in this meal.

    Whey?

    add some fish oil here.

    How many scoops of protein?

    Your diet is rather vague.

No one can answer any of those questions.. because no amounts are supplied.

    Waste less time guessing.

    Spend more time calculating.

    Go to: calorie-count.com

    Spend 1/2 hour.

    Problem solved.

    Meal 1: 9:00 am
one whole egg, 4 eggs white, whole wheat english muffin
    Protein: 31.5 Carbs: 21 Fat: 7.4

    Meal 2: 11:00 am
    Protein shake

    Meal 3: 1:00 pm
Chicken breast, whole wheat fajita, cheese, 2 servings of vegetable
Protein: 71 grams Carbs: 21 Fat 25 grams

    Workout

    Meal 4: 3:30ish

    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5: 5:30-6 pm
Chicken breast, whole wheat fajita, cheese, 3 servings of vegetable
Protein: 71 grams Carbs: 21 Fat 25 grams

    Meal 6: 8:00 pm
    Shake with Flax

In the solid food meals i am getting 173.5 grams of protein, 63 grams of carbs and 57.5 grams of fat. I altered the egg white portion, and by minimalizing the cheese i could take off about 20 grams of fat if necessary? what type of whey should i be taking, and what should i do for my PWO? like said i am trying to lose bf%, and am taking hydro lean. Can i cancel out a shake or the BWO or should i stick with this lay out? at the gym, yes im on a workout program right now, which is showing great strength results, and am trying to get in atleast 25 minutes on the bike per workout, and one day of plyometrics for football. i will try to upload pics

Not enough info. Total cal/pro/carb/fats for each meal and daily totals are needed. And yes info for shakes too.

well right now my diet is just the 3 solid meals, and that is approximately 1450 cals, 175 grams of protein, 63 grams of carbs and 57.5 grams of fat. But it could be altered to 1250 cals, 165 protein, 63 carbs, and 40 grams of fat. but is that too low? i was told cals should be around 2500?

It is much too low. You need to have at least six meals. Google Harris Benedict Equation to find your resting calories.
