I have tried cassein protein and it messed up my stomach really bad....
Whey I can handle and have been taking it forever.
My question is would tuna w/ a tablespoon of regular mayo be a good bedtime meal for me?
I also have a 1/2 cup of cottage chz w/ a tablespoon of natty pb to change it up sometimes.

Whey would be bad idea it is digested within 45mins. You want any lean protein. Cottage cheese is casein but many like chicken or tuna just as much.

Egg whites should be a great idea, since its protein have 100% byologic value, and they're digested in a long time, then adding a bit of EFAs they're digestion is further extended.

This sounds gross, but cottage cheese mixed with tuna really tastes pretty good. The casein and EFA combo is a great bedtime meal
