I think with all this food i should see results a little faster, Should i up my carbs? I might have gained 1-2 lbs in the past 2 weeks but i'm not sure cause I have a broken weight scale, If i did modify my diet to add more food, what do i add? Fat or Carbs? protein is there maybe too much but I dont get any nitrous feelings heh.
