    Cutting Progress - Suggestions Needed

    Alright fellas, I need some suggestions here. I started my cutting diet 10 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Doing this NATURALLY.

    I started at 192 lbs/23% body fat. As of this past Sunday I was at 178lbs/14.5% body fat.


    Im LIFTING Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
    NON-LIFTING days - Wednesday & Sunday

    Doing Cardio for 45MIN @135BPM (70%) on an empty stomach Monday - Friday.

    Below you will find my Diet on my LIFTING & NON LIFTING DAYS.


    So far Im happy with the results but I feel as if I've hit a plateau the past two weeks. My Daily Caloric Intake should be 2894 so on my lifting days im at about an 800 calorie deficit and on my non-lifting days im at about 1000 calorie deficit. I dont think I should drop my calories anymore. But like I said i feel like I have plateaued the past two weeks. Should I start taking an over the counter fat burner, maybe some clen , or just stick it out with what I currently am doing?

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Clen and T3 work wonders for me. I definately wouldnt drop your calories anymore. You could add in a 6th day of cardio, having leg day as your only day off of cardio. Just gotta stick with it and have patience, it takes time. The leaner you get, the harder it is to burn fat. Just keep at it, diet looks pretty good to me, and its obviously been working for ya.
