    getting ready to start cycle.. critique my diet..

    hey guys.. im getting ready to start my 1st cycle...
    heres my stats
    24 years old
    6`1"
    210 lbs
    5-6 years lifting experience

    so heres my diet.. let me know what you guys think or if any changes need to be made.. thanks!

    meal 1:
    5 whole eggs 1/2 cup egg whites
    2 cups of 2% milk
    pice of wheat toast with peanut butter

    meal 2:
    full can of green beans with light butter
    tuna sandwich with mayonaise on wheat bread
    cup of 2% milk

    meal 3:
    steak or hamburger with 1 piece of cheese

    meal 4:
    muscle milk protein shake with scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream and tbs peanut butter

    workout

    meal 5:
    2 5oz chicken boneless skinless chicken breast with BBQ sauce

    before bed a tablespoon of peanut butter and glass of milk


    so what do you guys think?

    meal 1:

    how about just saying i want high colesterol.... do 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites. Drop the milk and add oats or wheat(rye) bread if you use bread add a little bit of jam on there.


    meal 2:

    cup of 2% milk

    whats you obsesion with milk man, drink water. Green beens are good here but just eat tuna fish with mustard no need to mix carbs and fats

    meal 3:
    steak or hamburger with 1 piece of cheese

    this should be your fat meal so this is ok. Could be tweaked. Add some almond slivers here.

    meal 4:
    muscle milk protein shake with scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream and tbs peanut butter

    lol.... ice creame is this a joke ? you just ate a fat meal how about going pro/carb on this one. something like turkey/chicken/fish with some grapes. Maybe a sweet potato or two small red potatoes.

    workout

    add a pwo shake here.80g carbs/40g protein

    meal 5:
    2 5oz chicken boneless skinless chicken breast with BBQ sauce

    good but no bbq sauce and add a salad here with some almonds on top with Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing.

    before bed a tablespoon of peanut butter and glass of milk

    milk is ok here if you are bulking, but def eat some cottage cheese or like i do drink a glass of probolic with milk.
