hey guys.. im getting ready to start my 1st cycle...
heres my stats
24 years old
6`1"
210 lbs
5-6 years lifting experience
so heres my diet.. let me know what you guys think or if any changes need to be made.. thanks!
meal 1:
5 whole eggs 1/2 cup egg whites
2 cups of 2% milk
pice of wheat toast with peanut butter
meal 2:
full can of green beans with light butter
tuna sandwich with mayonaise on wheat bread
cup of 2% milk
meal 3:
steak or hamburger with 1 piece of cheese
meal 4:
muscle milk protein shake with scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream and tbs peanut butter
workout
meal 5:
2 5oz chicken boneless skinless chicken breast with BBQ sauce
before bed a tablespoon of peanut butter and glass of milk
so what do you guys think?
