I posted this in beasts thread but got no responses so I figured I'd post my own.
Ive got a couple questions. Im on my 1st cycle of sust250. I'm 31 yrs old, 6'1" 212lbs
Bench: 295 Press: 600
I dont know if my stats are a factor but my 1st question is what would be the ideal # of calories to be taking in per day? 2nd question is: I heard that the body can only process "X" amount of protien in a day and that I was wasting alot because I was over that # of grams. Any truth to this? Also, I've been taking milk thistle, flax seed oil and a one a day vitamin. I'm not sure on how many mgms of each is ideal and if I'm missing anything as far as vitamins go.
