I love sushi, prolly one of my favourite foods. Avoid it completely while dieting. Not because its THAT bad but because I cant stop eating it. If I could control how much I ate I would but I would rather have oats which fill me more.

I make my own sushi, my gf bought me the kit and all the stuff you need to make it (she is asian so she knows all this BS) We make it with splenda rather than sugar when we do and it tastes the exact same. BUT the problem is the amount I end up eating puts me at well over 300g carbs for in sitting. Just not something I would do often personally.
