Vitamins
I have a few questions, but I will keep them separate in other posts.
I take a daily mult-vit, vit C and some fish oil in the morning. I workout about 2-hrs after and lately felt a little sick to my stomach. I know there are other things that can cause this, but I stop taking my vitamins until after my workout around noon and feel much better.
Thoughts on when to take vitamins? Does it make any sense to just take it at bed time??

Have a little oats before you take them in the am.

I read a study recently that says now even with water soluble vitamins it doesnt matter when you take them as long as you get them in your body at some point during the day its ok.
But I still prefer to split up water solubles throughout the day and take fat solubles with food.
