PWO shake
One more diet question.. and thanks guys for taking the time to answer.
PWO shake, I have it within 30-mins of my workout and then a meal about an hour after workout. Around 1pm.
I personally like the taste of natural peanut butter in the chocolate shakes, some oats and a banana.
Is PB a bad choice here?

absolutely no fat for the 3hrs following ur workout.

I think you shouldn't eat fats post workout, simply because the carbs you take generate an insulin spike and it could be store in the tissues.

Ya I hate not eatin fats after my workout... Im in highschool so I workout after school and it usually finishes up around 6 and I cant eat dinner at 9 thats way to late so im stuck stuffin my face with pure chicken for dinner.
