Easy stuff to make and bring into work.
I plan on going to the gym early, like 8-9ish to do my cardio, then go home, eat my breakfast, then go workout with the weights. But after that i have work at 2pm. So what is some easy stuff to make, that also helps with bulk. Ill have some time to prepare this, but i work at the airport here, and i drive in a truck all day. I can pretty much eat whenever i want to, so what is some stuff to make that can benefit me in my bulk. I'm talking about simple shit, but maybe some chicken and steak.

but ill have time like 2 hours before work. I have a base that we park our trucks at, and we have a fridge. what is the easiest chicken to make? if you had to plan 6 meals and had to bring them to work what would you do?

I grill about 6 chicken breasts at a time, a few times per week, and make a load of brown rice at the same time. It's an easy meal to take to work and microwave for lunch.
Also tuna sandwiches are an easy pre-workout meal to take, if you go directly from work to the gym like me.

I cook the majority of my protein on Sunday. This usually consists of two 3 lb bags Tyson Natural Chicken Breasts, 1 lb extra lean beef, 2 lbs pork tenderloin. My veggies are in the bags that steam in the microwave. I use Uncle Ben's 90 second Brown Rice, and Quaker Oats "Weigh Control" oatmeal.
Takes about an hour to prepare the protein, 5 minutes for the veggies, and 90 seconds for the rice. Another carb source convenient for work is a whole wheat tortilla. For fat's I go with almonds or PB. Both are easily taken/eaten at work.

chicken, sweet potatoes, turkey breast, steak, oats... you can bring anything if you get a lunch box.
