There is a ton of examples on how to eat to bulk or cut. A very good starting point of us to work with and then change to meet our own body type. I am putting on a lot of weight fast and I know it's part water but my question is, if you do a proper diet to bulk, how much should your BF % go up.. if any?

You would say an increase of more than "what" is too much?
