Well I was hopeing u guys could help me with some advice for my mom. Shes been going to the curves gym 3x a week for about a year now and gets her BF% checked often and her BF% has gotten higher than before w/o much change in bodyweight. She doesn't eat much, but I know her diet is crap because her idea of breakfast is a yogurt and a handfull of oatmeal. So shes been asking me for help on diet, but Im not sure what advise to give her. Should I set something up based based on the cutting stickie or put her on a maintenance diet I just dont know. I could see it in her shes getting worse and I wanna help so can u guys help me help my mom?
