    diet suggestions/comments

    23yrs old 6'4 230lbs

    7am
    40g shake
    1 yogurt
    ziploc of grapes

    1030am
    3oz turkey sandwhich on wheat
    4 0z of cheese p 22 c 200
    1 banana
    1/2 ziploc bag of cashews

    2pm
    8oz brown rice p22 c 850
    1/2lb of steak or chicken
    5oz mixed vegetables

    5-6pm
    1/2 lb of steak or chicken
    2 baked potatoes p20 c 860
    large salad
    40g shake

    9
    celery and peanut butter sticks p12 c220
    40 g shake
    apple

    i used the suggested diet from steriod.c0m and changed it up a little bit im hoping this will be enough food for a bulking cycle using 1000mg of sust250 and 600mg of eq... the values of my diet are a little unclear but the totals for the original diet i got from the site were p285 ch 806 f 104 and kcal 5340. i think for what i changed i added more... any suggestions

    For starters....

    Meals are spaced a little far apart. Shoot for every 2-3 hours with 3 hours being the max. Some of you meals are 3.5-4hours apart.

    Try to spread your protien out more evenly...I like 50g in all 6 of my meals for a total of 300. Meal 4 has way too much protien for 1 stting.

    Meal 2 Has alot of fat...not sure what you mean by 1/2 ziplock bag of cashews....but asuming you mean sandwich size.....it will be a huge amount especially for 1 sitting, plus the fat in the cheese.

    Me personally I still like to keep carbs and fats seperated, even when bulking. I can add fat very easily...and I would gain too much fat on this diet, so I would seperate all meals into pro/fat, pro/carb, pro/veggie.

    Not enough veggies in this diet. I would add at least a cup of veggies to every meal (broccoli is my fav)

    what's your body fat % (guess if you can), i'd hold off on the gear until this is resolved and you can put it to use and see how you react to it.

    no idea what my bf% is i dont have a six pack so i would guess 20% more or less but really no idea
