Diet Plateau
My girlfriend does Weight Watchers, she follows all the healthy guidelines, stays within her points, lifts weights 3 times per week and does 5 cardio sessions per week 60 min. at a time. Last month she didn't lose a single pound, it appears as though she has plateaued. Can anyone give some suggestions as to how she can push through this?

You didn't even mentioned the FIRST thing: DIET.
Is she following a strict one?

Once you figure out her caloric intake you can then begin to manipulate the macros. If all things are in check, you could possibly up her calories for a couple of weeks, then reduce it down again.
A detailed diet would be very helpful...

Thanks guys, she does weight watchers which is based on a points system according to your weight, its difficult to give a detailed diet because its varied to a degree. She gets roughly 22 points per day, which translates into about 1100 calories, plus she gets 35 bonus points per week that can be used at anytime during a given week, plus she earns exercise points, roughly 4 per day. See how tough it is to get specific with this plan?

I think weight watchers is the problem.
I met so many people on the crap, and they plateaued after 6-8 weeks.
just post out her stats, and diet.
i'll look at it and c if i can offer any help.

dieting for the short term never works, ill be the first to tell ya.
Get her off that weight watchers and make her a diet that she can stick to for the long run.
