I usually buy Uncle Ben's microwavable brown rice. Nuke it for 90 seconds and enjoy. Only draw back being the price, $1.75 or so for 2 servings (140g each). Convenience factor plays a major role for myself in choosing this item, but comes with a higher price:/
For flavor I use low sodium teriyaki/soy sauce, Butter Buds, and my favorite is Tony Catchers Cajun Seasoning.

I cook my rice in a large skillet, add the recommended water in the form of reduced sodium chicken broth.

Once the water is nearly gone, I add diced onions mushrooms basil and garlic (though I usually wait a couple more minutes on the garlic since I am a huge garlic fan)

Sometimes, I add lime or lemon juice at the end.

I usally put a little bit of soy sauce on mine. Dont use a lot, it is very high in sodium.
Bwhitakers sounds pretty good though, I might have to try that one.

I use a whackload of soya sauce on rice and other things. Increase your h20 intake if you're concerned about sodium.

Sometimes I boil it in a can of Rotel w/ chilies.

    Sometimes w/ broth.

    Sometimes w/ water.

    Then add sauted veggies.

I'm hispanic and we call it Pico de Gallo, or its a salsa of jalepenos, cilantro, tomato's, and lemon, mixes well with tuna and brown rice, or put a little marinara sauce or alfredo, not alot though.
