    Plateau??? Please help. I need suggestions.

    Alright fellas, I need some suggestions here. I started my cutting diet 12 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Doing this NATURALLY.

    I started at 192 lbs/23% body fat. As of this past Sunday I was at 177lbs/13.5 to 14% body fat.


    Im LIFTING Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
    NON-LIFTING days - Wednesday & Sunday

    Doing Cardio for 45MIN @135BPM (70%) on an empty stomach Monday - Saturday.

    Below you will find my Diet on my LIFTING & NON LIFTING DAYS.


    So far Im happy with the results but I feel as if I've hit a plateau the past two weeks. My Daily Caloric Intake should be 2894 so on my lifting days im at about an 800 calorie deficit and on my non-lifting days im at about 1000 calorie deficit. I dont think I should drop my calories anymore. But like I said i feel like I have plateaued the past two to three weeks. Should I start taking an over the counter fat burner, maybe some clen, or just stick it out with what I currently am doing? Im starting to get frustrated because the fat is not coming off as much anymore.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I wouldnt be here anymore if I only at 1800 calories a day, especially if some of my meals consisted of only protein shakes! You need to take those shakes out and replace them with food bro. Your body is going to process those shakes very quickly and you need to add a lot more veggies man!

    Have you thrown a cheat day or carb up day in there anywhere? What are your stats?

    ^^^I agree! Shakes are good and they have a place in any dietary approach, BUT you should keep them to a minimum.

    Your diet is nothing but Egg Whites and Whey Protein. Mix it up for gods sake man, haha

    Add Tuna, Fish or even Turkey.
