    t Question for Ya

    Hey Boys,
    I have a quick question and would like your feedback. Right now I am on 500mg of cyp and 400mg of Equipoise a week. I am in week two as of this post. My diet is in check but my question is more about timing? Usually I would lift at around 5-5:30, then eat. I decided this weekend to go to a gym that is just plain better for my needs. My situation is several times a week, I get my baby girl for a couple hours after work. As important as bodybuilding is to me, she reins supreme. I usually eat my dinner after I lift, but when i have her I wont get out of the gym until 8:30-9 o'clock. This may sound stupid, but will it matter if I eat my dinner at 5-530 then lift? I always take in a protein shake before and after I lift. So what do you think? I really don't wanna eat my main meal that later!

    If you are not eating every three hours, your question would be confusing to me.

    What's the problem with it?
    Have the shake just after your WO, no matter what hour you take it.

    Do you take just a protein shake before working out? Same for the PWO?

    I take one 20 minutes before i lift and after I double it up. Usually within 30 minutes after. I really cant eat my dinner at 9pm so thats why I was asking.
