bread made without flour
Have any of you tried the different breads made without flour? There are a few brands making it now.. Squirrely, Healthy Way... They use whole grains which are not ground into flour. I would imagine that it slows digestion, giving you a more even release of insulin . They also tend to cost a lot more than standard 100% whole wheat bread.
Anyone have any experience or knowledge?
Thanks

My local grocery store sells that kind of bread for about 2 to 3 dollars a loaf, if you can call it a loaf.

Never had it. Sounds like it would be really freakin' heavy?

It is heavy and expensive... the squirelly brand is like eating cardboard too. Just wondering if its worth the cost and sacrifice.(not that fun to eat)
