but every night i eat my stomach sticks out. I could take a protein shake
or not even eat that much but my belly pops out.

someone was telling me maybe it was my colon that needs cleansing?

    any ideas?

I have always been skinny...no that i am am gaining weight it is going to
    my belly..

for starters you need to determine if it's actually fat, or if it's just your stomach pooching out more than it should.

You need to hit your abs more. They aren't strong, so therefore they aren't holding your stomach in.

Psyllium is good for cleansing the colon. I take about a tsp or two every three days and it works wonders. Could be just genetics bro. I have the same battle of the bulge too. Only for me it is mostly extra skin from being 40lbs over weight about 6yrs ago.

i have real crap genetics..i spent all my life working out weighed 98lbs all thru
higschool...finally made it to 130..everything was cool.
then went to 150.. and i got a belly.
so went back down to 140 and everytime i eat it sticks out.

my face ain't fat..my legs are long..i'm thinly muscled ..like good muscle tone
and shape..but when i get to my abs..they punch out..
