5'10" 180lbs, 10-15%bf. I eat 5000 Cals a day, 380g Protein, 150g Fat, 400+ carbs, good diet, I work out for about 4 hours a day, play basketball everyday for about 2 hours and workout hard for 2 hours. from 4-8 everyday, I see the gains in my muscles, still have a 6 pack and can see all my ribs and stuff, is this normal? I know i've read i'm consuming way too much but I'm doing it just fine, anyone see a problem with me?
