    After workout and carbs

    i ran out of my regular carb-mix of good post workout carb and i wont be able to get to a nutrition store in a while..what can i eat instead? any fruit? raisins? this is of course together with my protienshake...

    I usually make a shake of :
    oats, raisins, whey protein, banana, orange juice, and water.
