i have my carbs usually with breakfast, pwo and prewo, but after reading the sticky of how to cut there is no carbs in the prewo meal! what are ur opinions on this?

If I'm right there have to be veggies pre-workout in that sticky.
Btw, you need carbs for breakfast, pre and post workout while cutting.
my carbs usually are from oats only.
so from now on ill be having veggies as carbs for pre-workout
I don't think i would cut carbs for pre-workout. You are going to need energy throughout your workout which carbs can provide. Although some have learned to go without , i have not. Are you taking fast acting (simple) carbs in your pre ?
nope i am not taking any fast acting carbs in my preworkout, i dont want to cause an inslulin spike. a lot of debate have been goin around on this subject.
any ideas?
Well from what i read if you take slow acting carbs right before your workout by the time the body breaks down the food and starts using it for energy your workout will be over.
I to wasn't a fan of fast acting carbs but i am currently giving it a try. I take just under a 1:1 with my protein.
this is what am doing at the moment:
pre wo:2am: 2chicken breasts, 1 large salad bowl(tomatoes,cucember,lettuce).
pwo:shacke: 2whey proteins scoops.
an hour later oats+lean proteins source.
you can also try brown rice with some boneless chicken breast with hand full of broccoli or green beans pre work out.
