Crucial vitamins to take while dieting
So I've been working on this awesome diet provided to me by PB. It is going well so far but I wonder what vitamins I should be supplementing with on a daily basis. I take my Centrum Multi, 1000g Vitamin C, and inject .5cc B complex eod.
Any other ones you'd recommend?
Also, is Centrum a legit multi? I've heard that some ppl don't think it gets absorbed well?
p.s. I've been on PB's diet for two weeks about, and so far I'm up from 128lbs to 133lbs

Centrum is a P.O.S. bro- pick up a quality multi-vitamin.
Nearly all athletes, strength training or otherwise, are deficient in zinc and magnesium- IMHO, I think they are crucial minerals to supplement.

Also, I do take ZMA before bed (forgot to mention that earlier)

Good call on the ZMA.
I take Poliquin Uber Nutrients (without Iron)- can be ordered off of the Poliquin website only, I believe.
Others that are easier to come by that I would suggest: Now Liquid Multi, Greens+ Multi is a dope product, and lots of people seem to like Animal Pak (although it's not too cheap).
