What about ....
Cooking chicken in olive oil on a cutting diet? I usually use lemon pepper and add oil.
I am not worried about the sodium from the lemon pepper. I do a lot of cardio and drink a lot of water.

I didn't know if there was any breakdown or loss due to the heat.
