hallo everybody...
im now bulking, and was thinking how i should doo it... right now my wight is about 84 kg, and im trying too bulk up to 100 kg. i wish to know how you peoples (experts) do. should i take small steps ore just go bulking up to 100 kg. Another thing is that im also becomming al litle "chubby" but the fat can be burned off! so i do not realy care if i become a litle fat...
what do you thin of my way to bulk up ? does it make sence to you?
please come with your sugestion, ore how you bulked up.
