How does this diet look for on cycle?
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey protein
1/2 cup oats
Fruit
Meal 2: 2 chicken breast
1/2 cup Brown rice
Veggies
Meal 3: 8oz Steak
Large Potato
Veggies
Meal 4: Isogainer 690 cals (Post workout).
Meal 5: 2 scoops whey
1/2 cups oats
meal 6: 8oz Meat (Pre bed time food).
Im looking to put on like 15lbs over a 4 month span and stay lean!
