So I have been reading a bunch about diet and I have never had a good one before. I weigh 150, height is 5'10", and my body fat is probably like 5%. Oh and I am 22. So if I started a good diet for gaining mass what kind of gains should I expect? How quickly should I expect them? I was thinking about taking steroids but after watching those seminar videos in the sticky I am thinking I could make some serious gains just by dieting properly.
