Breakfast Help
Having trouble with breakfast as i see alot of people on here have eggs and i cant swallow them in the morning before work, i am literaly sick
Right now i'm having
Large bowl of oats
1.5 teaspoon honey
2 handfulls cashews
Large protien shake (40-50 protien)
Is this enough
If not can i take egg white powder instead of eating eggs??

i eat 1/2 cup oats with 1 scoop of on whey in it adds tast and protien i got sick of egg wites i switch back and forth between this and egg beaters

you guys are making me hungry...
try spicing it up add things into your eags like make a om-let with green pepper,onions tomato and black pepper and mushrooms.
in the morning i eat 8 eags gimme lean sausage and turkey bacon
then 2 or 3 hours later i have a 60 gram protein shake with dry oat meal flax and a banana...i blind it all up.

Just get pasteurized liquid egg whites.
eat a bowl if oatmeal.
then make a fruit smoothie with the liquid egg whites.
blueberries, raspberries, liquid egg whites.

liquid eqq whites rock... no taste and bonds awesome with you protien
