low fat probiotic yogourt in shake?

for breakfast i put 2 little activia probiotic yogourts in my protein shake.
    good idea???

im currently bulking on test e 500mg/wk
my breakfast consists of 1 scoop protein, those 2 yogs mixed in, and typically 2-3 slices of good, wholegrain bread

any thoughts on this?? good idea or not because of the sugar?
    thanks guys

Go with it. You always have more freedom when bulking, also despite the sugar in dairy products, its carbohydrate contents are low glycemic.

As long as it fits into your macros, I'd say go for it. I love yogurt.
