Have as much as fits into your macro's. It really doesnt matter if you get your protein from chicken, fish or beef. I like to vary my sources personally and start to make fish the primary source as I get lower and lower in body fat.
But there are plenty of steaks you can get that have very low fat and are similar to chicken breasts in terms of fat and protein content.
I buy my steaks tenderized cuz they taste better to me and just get a round cut. Eye round is good and so is top round.
I eat it everyday!
I eat filet mignon every day, pricey though...
Top Sirloin is one of the leanest steaks, cheap too.
