My cutting diet, CLEN T3
I am currently on 568 MG SUST weekly, I am going to take clen and t3 for 6 weeks (the last half of my cycle which starts this monday), I am currently 5'8 180 pounds, probably 16-19% bodyfat. I am going to be reaching 100 MG clen daily and 125 MG t3 daily, taking one week on one week off of clen. but staying on t3 steady.
here is the diet, please rag on it all you want, IT HAS TO BE PERFECT!
MEAL 1: 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup raw oats. = 33G PROT - 27G CARBS - 3g FAT
MEAL 2: 1 can tuna 2 Tbsp mayo. = 30G PROT - 12G FAT
MEAL 3: veggies, 1 cups NO FAT Cottage cheese - 1/2 cup rice/oatmeal = 31G PROT - 39 CARBS - 4G FAT
WORKOUT
PWO: 2 scoop whey Protein. 1/2 cup raw oats. = 55G PROT - 37G CARBS - 6G FAT
MEAL 5: Veggies, 6 egg whites, 1 Tbsp hemp oil = 21g PROT 14G FAT
MEAL 6 BEDTIME: 1 cup Cottage cheese 2% = 30G PROT - 6G CARBS - 5G FAT
200G PROT 109 CARBS 44 FAT =
800 CALS from PROTEIN
436 CALS from CARBS
396 CALS from FAT
= 1632 CALORIES
Also I'm not sure how to work the percentages if anyone can teach me that would be great too.
When it comes time to PCT i am going to continue the clen and bump my calories up to maintenance level (whatever it may be at the time) in order to keep my gains and not add any fat.
Thanks in advance for the input, Some really educated people on this site so i hope to hear from you all!

Why are you planning on running clen 1 week on and 1 week off? If you do decide to cycle the clen do 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
