Protein from one source
So I'm vegetarian and I'm finding that I am drinking alot of this egg whites liquid, for basically 3 meals a day. My sources of protein are restricted due to being vege.
Are there any issues with getting most of my protein from egg whites?
I won't, but would there be any problems with getting all my protein from egg whites?

why not use a protein powder as well, something with whey and or casein protein.

I do. I use whey for post workout shakes. But whey is a fast acting protein, isn't it? Casein is too expensive to buy in bulk.

Ιmo there is no a problem in that.
I assume being a veg u know that u must combine pulses and grains to cover protein and EAAS,right?

Non fat cottage cheese.
Nark is a big fan of soy protein too.

yeah, I'm just getting sick of eating tubs of cottage cheese and bowls of beans, they're starting to make me gag. At least with egg whites, I can swallow it quickly.
