I am looking for a total of 6 oz of chicken

I am have a scale which measures in grams.

1 oz is 28 grams
my prepare plate is 143 grams so the total i need is:

168g (chicken)
143g (plate)
total
311g

Now the package measures my chicken as this:

Serving Size 4 oz. (112 g)

Calories 120 (6%)
Total Fat 2.5g (4%)
Total Carbohydrate 1g (0%)
Protein 22g

So if 112grams = 120 calories
thats means there are 30 calories is each which means

For 6oz (311g)=
180 calories ?
3.75 fat
1.5 carbs
33 pro

Math is not my strong suit so don't kill me.

thus 6 oz is 170.1 grams
chicken + plate = 313.1

sounds like it's time to get a scale that does either oz or g :-) i thought the u.s. was all english system, not metric - where'd you get a metric scale?
