Avocados?
I'm about to start bulking again and was trying to think of ways to incorporate strong fats in my diet, and my mind leapt to avocados. I know they've got a ton of potassium, mono-unsaturated fat and oleic acid which reduces cholesterol, but does anyone have these occasionally? Know of any extra benefits they may have for bodybuilding, or should I skip this fruit?

I eat them whether I'm bulking or cutting. Great source of fat.
