natty PB would just be Peanuts or peanuts and salt as the ingredients. But the sunflower oil and what not are fine with it. soooo.... just buy and eat!!!
I eat natural PB everyday! I find that the others ie: Jiff and peter pan and similar all have one thing in common:
Partially Hydrogenated Oils as one of the main ingredients.
Needless to say that PHO (for short) are bad. They are in ALOT of stuff in the markets. I try to stay away if i can.
Palm oil isn't the best, but it is way better than the alternative.
I like skippy natural! My personal fav, and i don't have to stir b/c of the palm oil.

Main reason i choose natty is the lack of sugar. The taste difference is minimal. Check out smart balance brand...good sh$%
Natty Peanut butter is horrible... What brands are you guys buying? maybe I bought the worst one? lol
Make your own. It stores good for a couple weeks, it's cheaper and you can control exactly what the macros are. BOOYAH
OK, I finally had luck and found natural PB. the brand name is Meridian. anyone heard/tried it before?
