if your gonna drink juice stick with natural/NO SUGAR ADDED apple or oj. I usually limit myself to one glass a day. Steer clear of the commercial juices jacked with sugars.
I love juice and usually don't take it out of my diet unless I've hit a plateau. Then again, I drink %100 natural cranberry or grape juice most the time.
Nothing wrong with some juice PWO IMO. I do apple, low glycemic, fast digesting, works for me.
and while ur here what about corn tortillas low fat milk yogurt and cottage cheese or cheese for that matter.or fruits?
