    Egg whites

Hey guys. Does anyone buy pure egg whites from the net/shop or do you buy the whole egg and chuck the whites? Just wondered what feelings were on this

I buy pasteurized egg product in a carton. It's worth the extra cost to not have to deal with shells.

If your cooking them you can use either eggs or liquid eggs, if drinking it neat go for pasturised. I also buy eggs in bulk and throw the yolks. Or make a conditioner lol, for our balding heads!
