critique my diet (cutting)
Alright guys, my weak point is my diet. I know its far off from what it should be, but I need to step it up being I started cutting this last week. So go easy and make changes as needed.
If I snack its on hardboiled egg whites or what not. and yes i know i eat the premade oat packes with all the bad sugars...

Meal 1:
Oat Packets (2 cups) 4 64 8 320
Shake (2 scoops) 2 8 56 280
Egg Whites 0 4 24 120
Meal 2:
Chicken (8oz) 8 0 40 240
Meal 3:
Albacore Steak 1.5 0 35 150
Meal 4:
Pre-WO Shake 2 8 56 280
Egg Whites 0 4 24 120
Meal 5:
Workout Drink 0 14 0 60
Meal 6:
Post-WO Shake 2 8 56 280
Meal 7:
Chicken (8oz) 8 0 40 240
Meal 8:
Peanut Butter (2tbsp) 16 7 8 190

Need to put up stats to go with it.... 6' 180lbs 13%. doing 30min cardio 6 days a week and lift 5 days. do my cardio after weights

88 Grams of protein in Meal #1 is way too much. 50 is more than enough. Meals #2 & 3 need some carbs with them. You are going to want some type of insulin response with every meal. Meal #4 has the same problem as meal #1. Your PWO shake needs some simple carbs (maltodextrin) around 50g. Meal #7 (see notes on meals #2 & 3).
Hope that helps or at least gives you some things to think about.

Oh yea... chuck the premade oatmeal.
I have offically perfected the art of oats
1/2 cup of oats
3/4 Cup of propel
1/2 cup water
1 tsp of ground ciniman
3 packets of splenda
1/2 cup of chocolate whey protein
1 tsb of salt (varies on pref.)
