Milk
How bad is milk in you diet if you are trying to cut fat? I dont drink my shakes with milk I do it with water but I do like to have some type of Cereal, and I belnd my Oatmeal with Lactaid skim milk, I have a lil over a cup every single morning after I run.

If it fits into your macros it's fine.

i think milk makes some people bloat. if i drink bunches of it... ie: i can easily drink 3-4 gallons a week... then i bloat... I'd say you'll be cool if you're just using w/ shakes.
