ok i need some help i take in currently around 4k cal a day. if you want to see a basic diet refer to my post "new to this"
im around 175lbs 5'11" 6-7 percent bf. i want to up my diet to 5k and quality before i cycle. problem is i work 16 hr shifts, 4 days a week, and not close to home.
so what foods can i pack, i have no access to fridges. i mean i could pack an ice box. i would have to premake it. eating out is too exp and i cannt get quality cals.

so what are your suggestions?
