then 2 hours later can of tuna with teaspoon of olive oil
then 2 hours later can of tuna with some veggies
then 3 hours later i had a piece of bread handle ful of oats with a little chicken
3 eggs on yoak
then PWO shake had 2 scoops of protein and good amount of carbs i think
then i just has 2 little chicken breasts and a couple spoons of peanut butter
and i think i need to eat more every meal i was think 400 cals a meal 6 meals and today i know i want even close. any kind of help, helps good or bad

You gotta list the macros if you want our input bro! Guesses and nebulous quantities like "couple spoonfuls", "little chicken breasts", "some veggies" ang "good amount of carbs" wont help

Have you calculated your daily resting calorie expenditure?

well if you want to stay at 2400 calories a day, read the label, measure out your sevings, and keep track, it's not that hard man, put a little thought into your meal planning, it will go a long way
you can't expect us to know how much you're supposed to eat, we don't even know your stats and goal

i don't have much time but i'll jot down what i ate today since we have similar goals except i am a little heavier with little less bf%.. i try to stay around 2000 calories a day little more on work out days.. so here is an idea of what i did
wake at 8
meal1 830 - can tuna with 3/4 cup oats
meal2 11 - 3 slices whole wheat bread 6 oz sirloin steak
workout 1130 did back with 15 mins high intense cardio
meal3 PWO 1230 - 7 salt free rice cakes 6 oz sirloin steak
130 - my ppwo is just a bunch of broccoli for the fiber, no protein here
meal 4 4pm - 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast 1.25 serving almonds
meal 5 7pm - .5 serving almonds 5 whole eggs
i eat this food on a daily basis, only this stuff, i buy in bulk, freeze, and precook a lot of stuff, it works well, gl with your diet this is just a sample

Im basing my post off of Nark's thread and he and Nova's theories of low fat cutting. I have ahd great results with it in the past 5-6 weeks. The calorie number that I cam up with was based on the Katch-McArdle formula. And the resulting ratios were based on 45% carb, as low fat as possible (NO supplemental fat, all fat coming from protein and carb sources) and the remaining calories going towards protein intake. If you want more info and a MUCH MUCH more detailed explanation of this approach to cutting, check out Nark and Nova's thread.
