What are you paying?

Just out of curiousity what would you all estimate you are spending weekly on your diets?

I figured it up and I am spending about $60-75 per week shopping at Sam's Club. I think that is pretty good for an entire week considering co-workers spend $7+ going to KFC for lunch.

Also kind of eliminates the excuse 'I can't afford to diet right'. When you think about most of what you should be eating is not that expensive unless you are buying some nice fish. Chicken, fish, and skim milk are the most expensive things in my diet.

I'm good for about $75 a week. That pretty much includes all the basics such as eggs, oats, chicken, veggies, etc.

mine is about 120 a week. but im a fatass. :lol:

$60-$75 depending on if I splurge on a fat steak for a meal.

Getting all me meat from a distributor and fish in bulk costs me about 75 a week to eat like a god :lol:

same here... 'bout 75-90 per week. But recently i stopped buying gallons of water, so it should drop maybe 15 or so.
