    what can i eat if i dont like oats

    i have oats in all 6 of my meals i can eat oats but just dont like them just looking for something different any help would be great

    I grind them and mix them with other foods. I personally hate oats but can tolerate them this way.

    WW pasta/bread, yams, brown rice for example.

    Why for all your meals? Brown rice may be your best bet.

    it was one i found on here and it was about what i need so i went with it but dont like the oats to much

    I like grain type foods for carbs personally. They fill me up more. So I go between ezekiel bread, oats, cream of wheat and quinoa.

    Probably use them all about equally I would say. Sometimes white potatoes on leg day.

    I agree. Brown rice is cheap and has a GI of 55.

    rice cakes, stone ground WW bread or pita, brown rice....etc

    btw, theres a million things to do to perk up ur oats, add natty pbtr, cinnamon & splenda etc.... be creative

    I wouldnt use rice cakes or even pita's. Just not great carb sources when compared with oats.

    If people want something to REPLACE oats it should be as good as oats...hence ezekiel bread, oat bran, quinoa etc.
