    Minced Beef absorbtion rate

    The title says it all
What kind of meat would be best to use at night, right before getting into bed, for steady realease of aminoacids through the night?

I've read that beef has slow absorbtion rate, but does this also apply to minced beef?

whats the fat content? add some fiber too, it helps slow digestion down also.
