Fresh prawns and tuna
Hi Guy's. I am looking to start a new diet soon as my current one does not suit me at the moment. I am going to try cycling my carbs for bulking. With my lifestyle and work I can only eat 6 meals per day. Do not have the time for any more. Believe me I have tryed over and over again to squeeze in more. I am eating 350 g of protein per day at the moment spread over 6 meals. This means I have to consume 58g per meal. One meal will have turkey breast and one will have cottage cheese. I am wanting to know if it would be fine to have the other 4 meals consist of tuna and fresh prawns. Both very high in protein and low in fat. Could this work ? Thanks.
